**Monochrome OOTD & Catch Up**

Hi Lovelies, 
Sorry it's been soo long since my last post but I started university around three weeks ago and its been a bit busy, then Thursday a peasant (student) sneezed on me and I got the plague (a bad cold, I'm not a drama queen I swear) 

Monochrome OOTD  
Recently I have been totally obsessed with monochromatic & simple looks so I decided to put together a smart/casual version, inspired by these image (from various sites) 





(ugh, they all look so cool and classic  heart eyes)
Here is my take on the look...

I decided to pair a plain white shirt (prices and places below) with my black disco pants or high waisted leather trousers (whichever floats your boat that particular day)...

As it was a bit cold and daytime the day I wore this outfit, I paired it with my black boots         not real doc martins oops  But if I were to wear this on a night out I would switch the disco pants for leather trousers and the boots for my pointed black strappy heels. (pictured below)


To finish the look I rolled the sleeves (as usual), put my collar chain on which added a bit more detail and interest to the shirt, put my felt (AHS ) hat on and finally put my leather jacket on to go out. 

Disco Pants - Topshop (Like two years ago)- £30 not sold in topshop but can be found elsewhere  
Collar Chain - Primark mens (Last Christmas) - £2.50 probably sold in topman or something
Felt Hat - Primark Womens - £17 - can be found literally everywhere this autumn
Strappy Heels - New Look (Last christmas) - Gift  can be found anywhere

So the first few weeks of uni have been hectic and a whirlwind of sleep for four days & work for three and trying to fit in being poorly, friends and the sheer amount of films I so do not need to watch is exhausting!  ;) see you soon guys!

Hello Internet, The last few weeks have been a whirlwind of exams and assignments (In fact when I close my eyes I'm seeing word counts and design charts) annndddd I just got back from handing in my very last assignment!! (erm 5000 words, ....ill hold for the applause). Now, usually at the end of a year of uni all I want to do is eat my body weight in food I forgot to eat during exam week and reclaim all of the sleep I missed in the form of twenty minute cat naps throughout the day and waking up at 2pm every day.   However! this time all I wanted to do was listen to feel good music and dance around for hours in sheer happiness (I've been having an amazing mental health week considering it was exam week, tres proud). 21 things to do when boredom strikes.

Happy February guys!, today I'm bored.  I've been on holiday from uni for like three months now and holy crap I feel like my brain is gathering dust I'm that bored.  So, in true blogger style I decided to make a list of things I could be doing instead of lying face down on my bed reciting each line from gilmore girls as the character say them.  Go for a walk - in fact take your dog for a walk he's getting a bit fat and there's no excuse now it's not raining (He's scared of rain). Update your CV - I'm supposed to be looking for a job. Yoga- because your mental & physical health is majorly flagging. Plan a trip - you really want to get out and see places remember?. Clean your make up brushes - seriously. do it.  Get back into painting - you might not still be shit if you copy Bob Ross.  Plan and organise all FMP shoots - or at least prepare a meeting folder ffs. OOTD: Girls Unite

Hey pals,  It's 9:30pm and i'm fucked so lets do an outfit post yas?  The other day I threw together an outfit and I LOVED IT so i'm going to tell you about it and where I got the lil bits from (also I dont have a proper camera and these are awful outfit shots but i'm a poor post-grad oh well).  I'm not going to lie I felt so bad ass in this outfit even though I've had some of these pieces for a while now.  Top: H&M (they sell stuff like this ALL the time)  Trousers: New Look (about three years ago but trousers are back in now so you wont have trouble finding some similar) Belt: Boohoo (or literally any online clothes store)  Sunglasses: Primark (this summer)  I then just wacked on a pair of all black boots I bought from Primark and a red lippy ('Alexa' from the 'B' brand in superdrug) and I felt invincible.  Right then, my eyes are about to fall out of my head so I'm off to sleep.  See you , H  ...
