**A weekend with a best friend** (Chummy.)

Hello again,
Around 5 weeks ago I hopped (sounds light, airy and stress free, I assure you, it was not.) on a train bound for Wolverhampton, the home of my favourite person. Amy

(a little background story for you to enjoy..)
I met Amy in September last year when I transferred colleges for my last year, shes a year younger than me but we share a similar birthday ( mines 28th march, hers the 30th) we bonded over YouTubers (you'll see) and over the college food (sooo good).
We are literally the same person. She is my chummy (you see?) for life.

I am naturally anxious, so is she.
I sit in silence whilst eating, so does she.
We have the same music taste and we share opinions and values.
(Hold on to your lunch, its going to get mushy up in here)
In the words of Jude Law,she is lovely. By far the most lovely person I've had the pleasure to ever meet, she makes me feel good about myself and gives me the confidence whilst still maintaining our neurotic OCD behaviour (we wash our hands...a lot)
She also finds me funny which is a plus.
(mush over *smoosh smoosh*)

We have the BEST Skype calls and our texts make me cry with either laughter or because she's being cute....
for example,
The time a huge moth held me hostage in my room(I was extremely tired)and thus somehow resulted in me googling about moths necks..
And the time she made me stop crying with sadness and replaced it with happy cries...
hope she doesn't mind me using these..
Annnyyywhhoo,
As she lives quite far away we can hardly ever see each other outside of college/uni so,
I spent a long weekend with her and her wonderfully hilarious family and her squishy pup 'Brody' who is a delight.
Here are some photos from then,

Sorry 'bout the finger, I was facially naked.

Finally, on to the point of this large post!
On Friday 25th July chummy came to stay until the following Monday, it was one of the best weekends I have had in a while.
This is what happend.

On the Friday night, we stayed in watched films and ate a massive Chinese and had a lazy evening catching up on everything possible ( honestly,we mostly talked about Alex Turner) whilst listening to Arctic Monkeys and The 1975's.

This edited yellow-er than planned, Oops.
On Saturday, we drove to Redditch shopping centre and spend the day strolling around the shops and purchasing far too many cosmetics (ahem, chummy)
If you happen to be interested these are what I bought...
All from good ol' Primark
Shirt : £6
Wool floppy hat: £7
Midi rings: £4 (I bought two different sets to mix, one was £1.50 the others £2.50)
Gold ring with 'diamonds' (ring finger): gift from Amy when she arrived. (thankyou!)
The shirt and hat on.

Close up of my fave ones.

Faves
We also had a maccies and bought some cakes from a bakery and devoured them when we got home whilst having deep meaningful chats. (ahem *insert wink face*)

Sunday, we woke up at 7 (looked at each other in disgust because too early to function) and quickly ate the 'healthiest' breakfast ever (muffins, the bread kind) and in the blazing sun (with occasional frozen gusts of wind, well, it is Britain!) strolled around a big car boot as I really like finding vintage-y style things for next to nothing.
Pretty Sky
again, my purchases...
Pretty, Pretty, Pretty things :)( I also bought chummy a dainty rose gold ring )

After our little early morning outing we decided the world was not ready for us yet and promptly passed out until around 11 (I was a hot mess. trust me).
The rest of the day was dedicated to scrolling through Tumblr in silence (the best) and finding cute things to reblog from each other.
Thanks Tumblr!
Until six o'clock rolled around then it was lazer quest time...

We won against my brothers!

 ... We kicked ass!
Our last day, we ate nice things, played with my pup and had the best of all lazy mornings
(I'm sure we watched Nowhere Boy somewhere in the mix too)
Then her papa came to pick her up and she was gone. (I text her 2 minutes later)

All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better weekend, thank you Chummy.

For everything.

Thanks for reading this ridiculously long post!
Much Love
